Private estates provide some of the best shooting and fishing facilities in Europe, attracting visitors from every part of the world.

The area is celebrated for its spectacular and scenic walks, including long distance routes such as The Southern Uplands Way, Borders Abbey Way, St Cuthbert’s Way and the Pennine Way through magnificent Borders countryside.
